im finding I love this mixer, I love the shape of the beaters I love the stem in the middle, I think this works better for creaming then all the ones today that don't have it. I just used the dough hooks and they made quick work of my dough for six dinner rolls.. Im excited to try the whisks. I love the sound of the mixer, powerful but not noisy. I have other hand mxiers, I seem to collect them. I have kitchenaid, and cuisinart, but I have fun with this one and reach for it every time. its light weight that I need and easy on the shoulders. I also am not a fan of digital and this is push button, I like that. It gets the job done and is fun as well. Give it a try.. UPDATE I used the whisks which having two is wonderful, and I made a chocolate chip cookie recipe. I was so amazed at what they could do, the creaming of the butter sugar was the best ever and it handled all the ingredients except chocolate chips. I didn't even try that, just stirred them in by hand. This mixer is so amazing to me and so much fun! I pull this out every time

What do I dislike? It's hard to roll the cord around the bottom and still have the mixer fit in the carrier. There are 6 mixer attachments, but only 4 holes in which to store them. The storage carrier design probably needs a couple of tweaks... What do I like? Having a storage carrier. The power of the mixer. The ease with which mixer attachments pop out when you press the release button. (I practically had to use a hammer on my old mixer). You have 2 whisk beaters instead of just one. It's light, so you can use it for a long stretch of time without tiring. AND...the price is right.

I love this mixer, I loved their other one they had and so I wanted to try this one. I do miss the whisks, but this mixer is VERY well made, its quiet, I like that it has more power than the other one and a covering on the front part so flour and cocoa cant get in there. Its not ten speeds, it says 5 speeds on the box and with two turbo buttons so maybe they are calling that the extra speeds? I love the push buttons for the mixers and not all the digital stuff. I love that its not too heavy. I have the breville one which costs alot of money and returned it because its just two heavy for me to use for very long with bad shoulders. I so much enjoy this mixer, I don't thnk you would be sorry if you got it. I love the sound, the shape of the beaters and that they have the stem in there, yes open is easier to clean but I dont think it does as good a job as with a stem in there. Other than adding the whisks, the only other thing about this mixer I would add would be a slightly slower first speed..and the company that makes them and sells them are the best and the best to deal with.. go ahead and give it a try, I really think you will love it too.. I have a cuisinart and kitchenaid and this one to me, is far better and much more fun to use.

I have only mixed a coffee cake and gingerbread (mixes) with my SHARDOR but it was easy to use. It has places to store 2 pairs of attachments but it has 3. I guess you are supposed to keep one inserted and ready to use at all times? One of the beaters was a little difficult to insert but a little persistence paid off. It is a, modern looking appliance that is small and attractive enough to keep on the counter all the time. It is light weight but feels sturdy and the attachment ejection works very well. The speed slide is conveniently placed. The slow speed will not throw flour around and the high should be enough for almost any job. I would not use this for mixing things like bread dough. That is when the heavy duty mixer comes out of the cupboard. I haven't had it long enough to vouch for its' longevity but, for now, I am glad I bought it.

I often make desserts to reward my children, so I am familiar with the mixer. I want to give some opinions to all buyers here. - The two dough hooks are different. Let the mixer facing you. The dough hook with two pin is inserted into the hole on the right, and the other is inserted on the left. - Let the machine and your hand take a break after using mixer for 3 minutes. - One important reason I chose this mixer was that the attachment was stainless steel instead of chrome. Chromium is easily peeled off and rusted, which is very unsafe. I am not willing to let my child take such risks. - I sometimes teach my children to make cakes. They are still young and need to follow the recipe. This hand mixer has a thoughtful design. When my child stops mixing to see the recipe, it can stand up without worrying about getting the chocolate sauce on the counter top. - My right hand was hurt and I couldn't take anything too heavy. But this hand mixer is light enough, and 300 watts of super power, do not need to spend too much time to mix, even heavy dough. - There is a storage base that can be used to put all attachments and mixer together and the extra whisks does not take up the place. - Finally, the speed is gradually increasing with the change of the gear position, which is beyond doubt. I wrote a lot and hope that my suggestion will help you.

I am a baker. I often use hand mixer and kitchen scale for cooking. After comparing the products of several stores, I chose the shardor's hand mixer and kitchen scale. It turns out that my choice is correct. I am very satisfied, the mixer is very convenient to operate, there are six attachments: two beaters and two dough hooks and two whisks, enough for my needs. Five gear positions, each gear corresponding to different speeds, I can use LOW SPEED (1 - 2) to mix dry ingredients with liquids. MEDIUM SPEED (3 - 4) to mixing cake mixes, puddings or batters. HIGH SPEED (5) to whip cream, egg whites or heavy dough. In short, I am very satisfied so I left a five-star.

I had a hand mixer that ppl use to make purée. It was included one wrisk. I used my old one to make a full egg cake. It became too hot and cannot handle the long time mixing work for my cake. So I bought this. The design of this hand mix is brilliant. It comes with 6 accessories: two standard beaters, two whisks, and two hooks. It basically can help you make any kind of cake and bread at home use. There are 5 speeds. Not very heavy. When you need to add ingredients into your cake, there is a design that you can stand the mixer so that the beaters won’t make the table dirty. The price is reasonable. I did a beating egg white timer test when I made my cake last time. It only took me 5 mins to get the perfect shape of 10 egg white for my cake. My only problem is the sound is a little too loud. Not recommend to use it in the early morning or late at night. Other than that, everything is perfect to me.

300 watt and slower first speed, help me preventing ingredients from splattering. and there a storage base for attachments & mixer. Two beaters, two whisks and two dough hooks, i can make anything with these six stainless steel attachments. What’s more? There is an easy eject button so i can remove any accessory easily and quickly from the electric hand mixer with the single-handed press of a button.

I’m a Restaurant Owner and i do some family baking on Sunday. this hand mixers is perfect for baking for your family. and it’s powerful without continuous to hold the button.

This product is easy to use. It is enough for horsepower. It can also shift gears. The vibration of the machine during the production process will not make your hands feel uncomfortable! pretty good
