Làm sạch vỏ nghêu, ngâm với nước vo gạo, cắt thêm 2-3 trái ớt bò vào nước ngâm để nghêu nhả sạch cát. Cắt nhỏ hành lá và bơ. Trong chén nhỏ, trộn đều các nguyên liệu như: muối, nước tương, rượu sake và rượu mirin.
Cho nghêu lên nướng. Khi nào nghêu mở vỏ thì mới cho hỗn hợp gia vị, bơ và hành lá lên trên chờ chín. Khi chín bạn cẩn thận bỏ ra đĩa, cố gắng không làm đổ nước sốt nhé!
Món nghêu nướng bơ nên ăn nóng sẽ ngon. Có thể dùng miệng thổi cho nước sốt trrong vỏ nghêu nguội bớt khéo bỏng miệng nhé!
